please help oscam problem

Hi. I am new for this forum. I am a newbie in this stuff. I installed ubuntu on my server (pc) and oscam ecc and everything worked fine my friend gave me a cline to test before i buy card and i inserted it in oscam as he told me and i also added user (my dm800 ) to test before i share with friends the thing is that in oscam both user and server says connected and even in my dm it says connected but i cant get any channels. And i tried to put my friends cline directly to my dm800 and it works. So is there anyone that can help me figure this out please.
