If you speak for K-tag doesn't meter witch seller all of k-tag clones are make by one company .If you gonna by k-tag just look for the seller with good reiting and you will be ok .

If somebody in London area interested in a Kess v2 clone, I just receive one that was a faulty unit but they sent me a new one, I check it and now work as all the clones from china.
I sell it, because have another clone plus the original, so I don't need it.

Original should fit oki chip, that photo has oki chip missing. Are you sure it is original?

My clone has missing oki chip and ford pwm is not working.

Yes, pcb is same. Just some missing componentes on chinese clone.

Mind the year of Kess, they change the device removing the tricore option, so should be two different devices.

I don't know was just a thought due of the removal of the tricore option on Kess

I have a galletto V54 clone that read peugeot ME 7.4.4 but only read 64kb of memory. Does the kess can read all memory or it only reads partially as galletto?
Also, I read megane 2 sagem 3000 and clio sport sirius 34 partially with galletto. Have you tried to read/write with kess and also can it read full memory? or is it possible?
Finally, for chip tuning purposes, are those partial reads enough to modify the parameters?

For ME 7.4.4 i am not sure about how will read it by kess v2 ,but i guess will be the same like galleto v2 .
For real all memory of the ECU you will need BDM - witch is mean - galleto v2 can make that to read all data from the ecu . K
For OBD read Kess v2 is perfect cause you can get exactly what you need to mod the file - you will get the flash .
Yes this partial read is enough for chip tuning but is not enough if something fu^^k up and you brick or lock the ecu - you will need to all data from the ecu to bring it back to live - but for that you will need BDM reading first .

Where is this oki chip on kess v2 PCB cause i didn't see it and i am able to read/write ford with my one . I compare the my one with this on the picture and they are the same .
