kess v2 clone

Hi mate after changing the kess v2 cpu - did you make something else - like reinstall software or other thing , or just change the CPU and kess run again .
After few flashes i will need to make the some thing for that i ask .

"Chiptorque"- say what is happened whit the file writing with Kess v2 .

Do you know which parts are missing with the oki chip in the clone kess? I already got a oki chip to fit in, but there are many missing parts around it, and guess under it too before solder to pcb possiby 2x 4k7 resistors.

apparently does not record the File in EDC17. Operating system crashes and does nothing. loads the File to record and stuck windows XP.

this sounds sucks , but you can write it on boot-mode , or the laptop is not powerful as crashing for that i use very strongly laptop only for kess v2 and galleto v54 and AVDI cause they load the computer . Or sometime the windows just crashing .

About the OKI chip that sound interesting , but i don't know were supposed to be ,lest someone say ho have it or know where need to be ,and if is not secret from where you get it .

Buying m6636b oki chip can be done at ebay.

There is only one place where it can go in pcb, but not only oki chip missing, many companion parts for the chip are missing too, resistors, capacitors, transistors, and quartz.

We need to know specs of the missing parts to buy and fit them.

I think like "Moky" if the counter is activate once - you need to change mcu - cause counter is inside of it . Maybe this solution is when you change mcu , before counter activate , you will install it and update , and go to 1.93 version and then maybe will be deactivate counter . I don't know 100% , but one mcu cost 20$ with 50 tokens or maybe already have whit 500 token and that is fine for my .
Yes the update sounds very nice with obd improve , Ford solution but i will wait to see little bit , for now after few changes on my kess v2 work very nice .

But i have one question - can Kess v2 clone read/write SID 803/803A and sid206 by obd or only AVDI can do it ,or other option is only BDM .
