IDS FORD V81 + Install problem

I have problem with install ids v81. Pc cant see hardware. Xp see realtek network card but he cant establish network connection with realtek. Maybe someone help by teamviewer?
2 led light on green color.
Chinese supplier dont know how resolve this problem. (only return) I think ids is stuck or locked.

I have the same problem, I have one message saying that vcm can't connect to PC USB port. I remove the realtek lan adapter and restart the PC than it works only one time and block windows. I tryed in two different pc and the result is the same.

yes I use license dvd and manual from www. Firewall is off.
if connect ids to pc realtek is unplugged. Pc cant see network connection with ids network card.

hello friend i have same problem i solved in this mode:use windows7,if you not have then instal with vmware on xp,do not kill process,after install and you do two patches,do not change never the usb port,because at restart the ids not work.ok?
