Hi guys, i'll tell you my whole situation so that you know exactly whats going on.
I used to be with some provider who charged me $20 per month to provide streaming channels through dreambox 500, well then i found another provider who charged me $50 for the whole year, unlocked my box from the previous provider, reflashed it etc. and service was working perfectly fine until yesterday and now after x amount of months, screen has gone black, i can still see the channel list and all those things, signal strength etc is still strong, the only problem that i am having is that screen is black. Your help is going to highly appreciated, please tell me how to fix this problem..
I have created a backup for my ftp files through DCC just incase if i need it. another question that i have is, if i flash the box using dreamup, will i then just go to dcc and restore the backup? also incase if i have to change the cline or something like that in this, where do i get that from and in var/etc cccam.config where do i put that c line? please help me as currently i have bouquets made for indo pak channels etc and if you can tell me how can i get these channels back.. PLease help asap as my wife is going to kill otherwise, she loves her tv :P

Btw guys i am currently located in toronto, canada. Im not sure but maybe that info could help you answer, another thing that i just realized is very important to mention is i am running a Pli Jade image, plz forgive guys if i forgot to mention anything, i am new and hav tried mentioning everything

Well im not being able to find him, ges number seems like as its disconnected or something.. So i just wanna know like what should my next be? Is it just a matter of putting a cline in there or something else? If i flash it, can i restore my whole settings using the backup that i made? Please help

this is what happens when you go for the cheap ?50 for a year option.. you get ripped off!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!

you will have to source your own sea-lion from local sites to you in north america as we cant discuss it here on dk and even if we could were european based and as such all our info would be european channel related,regards mdt

Yes, i would think a forum closer to home would be better or you could move to the EU & bring your box with you as you would get more help on here although not too much regarding the lines as its not allowed on this site but there are others that do allow such talk.
