F5 no signal

Hi guys,

Hope ur all well.... this problem has me stumped big time. I have a F5 box running in one room and a F3 running in another. When the F3 box is turned on some of the channels on the F5 box display a no signal sign. As soon as I turn the F3 box on standby the channels on the F5 box come back. I have a 8 port lnb and have switched the cable into a different port which fixed the problem and allowed both boxes to be on at the same time and all channels working...but today ive got the same problem again.

Can somone please help.

If its a Zinwell branded Octo then this would be the problem if it is try changing for a different brand
