i have clone dm 800hd and open pli 2.1 can i have these on my box ?

If you don't know what they are why do you want them ,
BA is like an app for dreambox that let's you run images from USB without actually flashing them, you can have several images on a USB and use each one via the BA menu,
time shift is for pausing and rewinding live TV

use the latest original pli image 3.0 not one that someone has tampered with
