Default Info for Vauxhall Combo speed limiter setting

2006 Vauxhall Combo diesel. Ex Royal Mail van. Owner claims that it's limited to 70mph and wants this removed. I had a look with OpCom but can't see any speed settings. Does anyone know if you can restrict max speed on these and if so can Opcom access this setting to switch it off.
    Thanks.

You can do that by reprogramming with TECH2. There are different software versions with or without speed limiter.

Aha!. Didn't even look. Owner reckons it's done through ECU with no extra bits. Do you think it might have added little box?

I know topic is little bit old... (6 years ;-p)

but have the same job to do it.

owner said car is after British gas and drive just max 70mpg.

I send file (map ECU) to do it my tuner but he told me VMAX (Speed Limit) is not ic ECU, i check all setings via OPCOM but cant find anything about speed in all modules.

    Any advice?
