    Default S11 in Spain problem

I run one S11 in UK and one in Spain (Murcia). Up to recently all S*y channels worked fine in both countries. Now, all still OK in UK but Spain channels are vastly reduced (i.e can get non-encrypted, and can get Sky Sports 2, but very little else encrypted.
I don?t know why as I mirror the CCCam and TP Prog stuff on both machines. Anyone any ideas please???? Would be very grateful for your help.

I doubt it's a box problem, more like the beam problem from the satellite.

Does it say no signal ?

Maybe try a rescan to see if that brings them back in, but it's possible you can't receive many of them now as haven't they tightened the footprint beam ?

Maybe due to the fact that Astra 2B has finished and all of the transponders got put on Astra 1N which has 2 beams being used by $ly one you should get and the other you have no chance without a massive dish>

Thats the 1N Pan European beam

And some are on the 1N UK spot beam

Wrong mate it is due to the footprint since Astra 2B went all of the $ly channels from there got transferred to 1N on the 2 footprints i posted above which means some are on the 1N UK beam and unless you have a massive dish in spain you dont have a chance.

And where do you think Rob gets his information from direct from Astra i dont think so its all gathered from other sites and forums which anyone has access too.

These problems where mentioned weeks ago and it does not look to be getting any better as soon as 2E goes up this year it will get worse, Why do you think people in southern france and northern spain are looking at trying to get 27.5 west which holds the main Freeview backup channels, Generally because in there location its easier to receive this sat on current equipment rather than invest in another massive dish.
