    Default 2008 Suzuki Grand Vitara 1.9 DDIS EDC16 0281012657 ECU Problem after BDM100

    Hello, i have a problem with 2008 Suzuki Grand Vitara 1.9 DDIS EDC16 0281012657 ECU!!! After reading and writing flash file without DPF, with calculated CS, with BDM100 on this ecu, car have problem, it very hard starting and it started misfiring,
    and DTC: P0606- ECM/PCM Processor Malfunction
    cilinder 1 and 4 not working, when i disonecting plug on 1 or 4 cilinder is no changes, and no DTC about disconecting injectors, but then i disconnecting plug from cil 2 or 3, car starting working on one cilinder and stops, and i geting DTC with injectors open circuit on cil 2 or 3 ...
    i write original file back, but no luck...
    I made several of these without a problem!!! But now i am in trouble... any idea what wrong with ecu, and how to fix it???

    are you use a BDM frame or use solder pin ?
    clean good bdm pads ... may be after open ECU you are broke board ..
    double check all around bdm pads and places where the ECU was glued

    maybe cecksum problem?
    write ori file but don't recalculate cks with bdm
    BDM sometimes not calculated correctly CKS.
    happened to me

    I tryed to write original dump without calculating CS, and stil no luck
    Any Idea???
    P.S. Ecu was opened very careful, only cover, t0 read with BDM, no damages on board....
