Hi sorry if this question is answered elsewhere or if its a blond question. I got the starview hd combo and A lot of my channels like ashes hd, espn, Ss news, movies channels'have disappeared. What do I need to do. Do i need to rescan on a certain frequency or something? i tried applying bytemasters channel list but then i lost a number of channels.
Also what's the crack with the bt sport stuff - how do I get these ?

the problem lately is channel movement,you could have scanned your sat and added a bouquet two weeks ago but these go out of date quickly and thats why you have to keep up,you can do an automatic scan on 28.2 while waiting for a recent channel list.when channels are lost you can check here.

If you do a normal scan on the Starview with Spider firmware, you will miss the TP that has the new BT channels in HD. You will need to go to into Manual Scan and then press the green button to add a transponder. In the frequency put 11585, Symbol rate 29500, polarization Horizontal, Modulation DVBS2 QPSK, pilots on, FEC 3/4 and search options - one TP. This will then give you the channels and you can then add them to your list. I have added a channel list which includes them in downloads.
