openbox x5 Hd channels

hi all i just had an x5 sorted looks the part only prob is HD sub channels wont play scrambled all noimal deff ones ok any thoughts appreciate any help thanks for looking regards.

Are you running just the 1 box on the dish, the reason i ask is i have 2 upstairs on the same dish and if one is on then turn other on most of the hd channels dont work on the 2nd box. it says scrambled and shows no signal when info is pressed, Come 10 o'clock when mi daughter turns off her box (or rather when she should turn off the box ) then my bedroom box works fine, never bothered looking for a fix for this as i don't really go to bed before her box is off anyway
