    Default DM800 Setup

    Hi,

I have recently purchased a DM800 HD PVR and cannot get my Moteck SG-2100A motor to move for love nor money!
I know the physical setup is correct because I can move my motor with my Satcatcher Voyager III.

I am currently pointing at Eutelsat 16E as I am a subscriber to Digitalb (rubbish!).

I am getting more and more convinced that the Dreambox is a clone - based on images on another site. Would this be an issue or do clones work just as well?

I do not know what imaging is on it - does anyone know how to find out?

I am a newbie so be gentle.

    Thanks for the reply Westkill.

Why would I need to flash a new image on to it?
Do you know how to find out which image is already on it?

    Cheers
