Focus 2005 1.6TDCI 4M51-12A650-NE ori needed

Hi to everybody, I'm looking for files MPC556, Flash AM29BL802 and 95160 eeprom
It's from Focus 1.6TDCI 4M51-12A650-NE_6BMF Bosch 0281011263, also could be from 4M51-12A650-NJ

I have readed them by XprogM, but think there somting wrong with files, couse car was lots of times running out to flat battery. IDS (VCM) cannot get it reflash, and tells me (error022, ECU is not in stage to programm)
