Default Scudo HW9665800580 sw9665100380 EGR Disable

    Hi..

Here goes for a long story...

Basically I was asked to do a EGR off on a fiat scudo van with a SID803A.

Previously the van had had running issues which was tracked down to the EGR Valve and a blanking plate was installed which rectified the problem but left it with the management light staying on.

So the customer brings it to me to have a EGR OFF done, I asked him if he wanted a remap done at the same time which he agreed on. So I read the ECU off with my slave KESSv2 sent it off to my usual tuner for rework to which came back i reflashed the van and sent him on his way.. About 3hrs later back came the EML showing fault code P0490. I then spoke back to my tuner but they cant seem to work out a solution .

So now i have read the ecu off using my Xprog-m to see if anyone can shed some light on this.. I have looked at the map in PPD but not really sure what i need to do. i see the switches but unsure how to disable them. I don't have the original map as it was read with Kess slave so is encrypted.

Here is the BDM read, any help / pointers in the right direction would be appreciated.

    Thanks

    Nik
