    Default F5 Flashing problems

Everytime I try to flash the favourites/channel list image, all my channels are deleted and the box reverts back to two turkish satellites. It doesn't say sly uk anymore but a eutel name or something like. Struggling with the flashing to be honest. Such basic stuff

    1.Format a usb stick to FAT32
    2.Download AJ's channel list
3.Unzip list and copy to root of usb stick i.e not in a folder
4.Stick usb stick in your stb
5.Choose upgrade by usb, choose AJ's list wait for it update
    6.Reboot

Just to add that after selecting "upgrade by USB", then Upgrade Mode = misc files. Select & Upgrade = TP_PROG.dbs. Green button to Add. Yellow button to upgrade.

Also before you add a new channel list you must delete the old one first (Edit channel > delete all).
