VCDS strange K line behavior

Story goes like this...
Few years ago I have made my VCDS (I made PCB, solder parts and programmed files). After some time I have problems with connecting K-Line cars. I can connect CAN cars without problems for how many time I want but if I connect with K-Line car after one or two connections I have "to many communication errors to continue" and after that "you need registered device to read all DTCs". Only solution to this problem is to reflash Atmega but same will happen again after connecting to K-Line car. Meanwhile two of my friends have some problems with their Chinese VCDS cables I reflash atmega and eeprom and they working same like mine. If you look schematic you will se that K-Line is going trough GAL. I have try to change 5 GALs and same thing (all of them I have flashed with only one file that I have). If someone know how to solve my problem or have any advice or idea please tell.

I did try on 20 PCs and all dumps and software that I could found on net.

Maybe I have done something wrong in programming order (I'm not beginner), I programm in this order (using LPT and Pony):

Erase
Flash
Eprom
Fuses

In attach is my GAL file so someone can compare it with working one.

I forget to write, I'm having this problem for few months. Meanwhile two of my friends have some problems with their VCDS and I have repair them with reflashing atmega and eeprom but also having problems with K-Line cars.
Now I have 3 VCDS that not working good with KLine cars. All of them are BL based ant have GAL inside. Two of them arw Chinese and one is that I made with EU parts.

Do you use the same software version?
I found on other fora different GAL files, don't know if that is the problem.

No, I have try other software versions. I can not find other GAL files, so, if you are able please send them to me.
