Maybe, this last reading seems a repetitive pattern, so there may be some problem in contacts or chip type selection.

I tried select another type and another program (Willem) and I have this same. When I read again and again all time I have another file. Maybe this chip is broken ? This is not my first time. I desolder chip with temp 300''C put in programer. Nothing else. Car start normal, don't have problem with DTC.

If car starts with that chips on socket then are not broken. Problem maybe your programmers or the PC you are using with them. The truth is that the file you upload here is not good.
