    Default 3d on skybox f5

Earlier I was using dreambox 800hd. Normally sky3d comes in two frames . when I click 3d button on my LG65lm620 it becomes one frame and works fine. Now with F5 it doesn't happen anymore. Still I see two frames in 3d mode.
I rang up LG they said its' the box which I'm using. can anybody have this problem? if so how to solve this please.

    Thanks

Just an idea, is your Skybox correctly set to 50hz video output (1080 50) instead of 60 (1080 60) Im only guessing that your Skybox might incorrectly be on 60 output and that maybe your TV wont render broadcast TV at 60...
