Megane ECU schematics for Orange or X-prog

Hi mates,

Please need help for read this MCU without desoldering, I have tried with X-prog and Orange without sucess.
MCU mask is 4E28B, from ECU Siemens from old Renault Megane IR Key.
Please someone have schematics for Orange or X-prog? Thanks

this mcu can be read with xprog in board no need desoldering ?
if yes which pins need to be lifted?
