This is easiest done by altering of the egr hysteresis maps, zero these maps, and voila, egr off. You find this two 1x25 maps together, and the first one at hex 19d832 in your file.

Don't think hysteresis egr maps have anyrhing to do with dpf removal but...
maybe i'm mistaken.
