I do not understand-"5V present to the MAX3232 v+ pin"
MAX3232 3,3V power supply
5V must be on CT2 constantly, in pin 5V modul BT -if start with BT icon.
If 5V bad -change CT2.
If 5V good -change U19.If no resultat -change SP3232 in modul BT.

my X431 diaggunV not power on

i test disconnect battery and connect again maybe reset it without success
reading your post, looking for way to wake up this diagunV old 4 months ago ...

maybe anybody know how reset it because i doubt about batery
when i connect power to tool, i not see red ligth saying power charging
