BMW 136cv DDE-3 issue ! and EGR off

I have made one BMW e39 , width DD3 136cv, car have 200.000km at the time but I check and was in good condition ! some time ago the owner say sometimes the car stop"s to push at idle !

I made diagnostic and only DTC that shows is EGR ! same error that before tuned !
I made convencional EGR map off, all values high dont have any info or damos for switch value off !
before egr pipe was free, now we put a "iron little ball " on vacuo egr pipe ! seems to better the torq , even clutch scratch and is new !
wend I made the tune I make several measurement"s and ride the car for some time to test it but nothing strange append to me at the time !
but sometimes appends to owner !

any ideas what could be the problem ?!
any one have similar problem ?!

As i see your english is so good as mine... I realy don't understand what exactly is the problem. Please explain again.
What exactly means "the car stop"s to push at idle"?

like he went on safe mode, but only on low"s RPM"s, that"s what owner wife say"s !
