    No.
115C use TC1766 CPU and full internal flash size is 1.5Mb.
The file above is 100% full and OK

    Summary of Features
The TC1766 has the following features:
    ; High-performance 32-bit super-scaler TriCore v1.3 CPU with 4-stage pipeline
    ***8211; Superior real-time performance
    ***8211; Strong bit handling
    ***8211; Fully integrated DSP capabilities
***8211; Single precision Floating Point Unit (FPU)
***8211; 80 MHz operation at full temperature range
***8226; Peripheral Control Processor with single cycle instruction (PCP2)
***8211; 8 Kbyte Parameter Memory (PRAM)
***8211; 12 Kbyte Code Memory (CMEM)
    ***8226; Multiple on-chip memories
***8211; 56 Kbyte Local Data Memory (SRAM)
    ***8211; 8 Kbyte Overlay Memory
    ***8211; 16 Kbyte Scratch-Pad RAM (SPRAM)
***8211; 8 Kbyte Instruction Cache (ICACHE)
***8211; 1504 Kbyte Program Flash (for instruction code and constant data)
***8211; 32 Kbyte Data Flash (e.g. 4 Kbyte EEPROM emulation)
    ***8211; 16 Kbyte Boot ROM
    ***8226; 8-channel DMA Controller

Never seen 115C on MED17.5.2 with TC1767 and think that 115C software compatble with 1767 does not exist.
Post photo of label from your ECU

My ECU is 115N , is from Euro2 car, the thing is I need to convert it to Euro4 or 5. I know that 115C is from euro5 emission, but I did not know that 115C is from MED17.5 with TC1766. So, I am looking for a Euro4 or Euro5 full file that match in my ECU.

You dont need any new file. ;-)
115N is coding switchable Euro2/Euro5/Euro5+ ECU.

PS: See picture taken from catalog data...
