REMAP MJD+ 6F3 read , tune , delete EGR, DPF

Hi folks !
got one corsa D 2008 Z13DTJ 75CV to make some mods !

it got some differences from the old corsa C !
car bring intercoller , but turbo seens quite similar to the old one !
no variable nozzle, but we can regulate the pressure by hand !
maps in ecu are identical to, but file it got 2mb !
all maps axis still invert !
about egr and DPF swich"s I dont have any clue !

what do you use to read and write the ecu ?!
I use fgt2 3led "v51 "

gonna left one ori file from OBD plug if any body can help me swich of this dpf inj and dtc , and egr !
or discusses this !

I still thinking how can we read this ecu by BDM !

i have try dump from obd with galletto2 without luck.
with bdm method i have read all from marelli ecu.
dpf off and tuning seems work ok for now BUT car have damage gas temperature sensor
and this make troubles in smooth operation of engine.
so,your ecu is mjd 603 ?

so,
here is power connection (for bench work).

AND here the right bdm connection (working many times for me with galletto2 bdm clone).

oh, and before connecting with ecu must remove the zero ( 0 ohm smd resistor-sort ).

how solve your prob about egr and dpf ?
have you any error from engine after dpf off solution ?

thank"s for the pic"s !
no problem until now width the car !
one month later the car came to my garage to make check up !
no DTC or other problems !
do you tuned your file ?!
maybe its a problem of EGT !

I do not know how to do that pandokrator
maybe son some one find solution to disable Gas Temp Sensor !

Now I have another corsa D DTJ engine width EGR problem, car wont go more them 120km/H !
the EGR is dead and if I try to do swicth off the DTC don"t erase !
I think DPF is bad to because I can not force regeneration, I try width opcom and autocom !

I got this DTC and can not erase it !

P0403- 02 EGR
P0243- 02 boost valve
U2201 CAN-BUS width the ECU

Now I ask this !
is possible to make egr off without change the EGR body ?!
is possible to erase this DTC"s ?!

have you try remove egr with volta ?

#P0243- 02 boost valve error i don't think related with egr error.
in one same corsa here we have similar problems (no boost after 2500rpm ,EGR errors and ECU in limp mode) and the solution found it with a good cleaning all intake system.
other one prob with this engine is a chain tensioner (car's behavior is similar).

in your file egr switch is off you can not do anything else .. this is the correct way to close egr .. your dpf is on maybe your problem is not but the egr dpf!

you can try to mount a new egr and see if the problem corrects itself as an alternative

Hi,
i have a problem with BDM. After i took out ecu, and connect it on BDM read all, modyfied flash to egr off, reflash it with egroff, then read one more time to check that everything was ok and was. Then i put in the car and i cant start car, i cannot communicate with opcom, autocom. Then i have taken ecu out one more time and connected to bdm, and i can connect but i cannot read or write antything. I use fgtech v53 chineese clone. Ecu i marelli mjd+ for corsa d z13dtj. Before i read by bdm i removed resistor and solder in after flashing. I enclosed video from car and from reconection by bdm. Any advice, expierience, help apprecieted.

chks made gal3, i task me to correct it a i choose ok, after that i checked what was flashing by reading flash and everything was correct. Problem is that i cannot second time read or write anything by BDM. I remove resistor like before and happened like on movie i can connect to ecu but not read or write.
