I hope my solution will help you.. Fenix 5 has AMD 28f512 and you will read it without problems with TL866. cheers

Looks similar but is different solution with this ecu.. these tool not always work.. better program immo off file ( not clock) disconnect box and fun
I did it and car start like charm..
