    Default Trouble updating to V3.2 software

    I am trying to update my V3 box to V3.2 software so i can install the latest images but im getting a problem.

    I am using a Win XP laptop which has a serial port. I have switched off the vu+ and connected it to the serial power via the serial lead and the board that came with the box.

    I then open the software which says OPEN SERIAL SUCCESS. I then open the bin file and switch on the box from the back. But nothing happens, it does not flash.

    The following screenshot shows this;

    What am i doing wrong?

    Its a Clone Duo which requires RS232 update for the Kernel, Official receivers do everything through the USB
