Nag 3 or Nagravision 3 is a sytem of encoding information such as tv signals so as only official decoders can receive the channels.
It is the third incarnation of nagravision encryption which current cable providers use. however nagravision 2 has been hacked for some time, and a lot of revenue lost.
Hence the need to move to the currently un-hacked Nagravision 3.

give it 4-6 months and you will start seeing it been used...
