Default PROBLEM WHIT AUDI A4 ECU MED17.1

Hi all, I have a problem and I need a little help.
A friend owner of A4 TFS attempted to make chip from APR they use (UPD) programing sistem and we realy dont know way but the ECU, stay like as seen in the photos.

    Picture 138.jpgPicture 131.jpgPicture_1.jpg

Carefully solved the problem of short circuit we can read all program with TRASDATA.
We bought a new ECU, and first top ut in the car, I read it as coming (virgin) and program the file (.dim) Reading with a trasdata from the old ECU and the car will not start ...
I replaced the virgin program and took the car to AUDI and diagnosis NOT RECOGNIZE the ECU ...
I returned to program the file (.dim) from the old ECU and if diagnosed and leaves programing in AUDI but when finished all steps and car will dont start ...
I do not know that I can do ..?
Thanks for all and sorry my bad English

This means swap main TC1796 MCU in 416-pin BGA package ;-)
There isn't separate eeprom on board.
Cloning VAG MED17/EDC17 ECU based on TC17xx MCUs is not possible with simple methodes.
