Wii USB HD Loader

must i use dvd-r with neogamma or can i use normal dvd,s?
must i load a special cios to work with neogamma ??

greetings...i got my daughter a wii for xmas and here i am trying not to brick it for her....the missus will give me hell if i do brick it....

firstly, thanx to all those involved in creating these mods, hacks etc...

and secondly...what are the chances of bricking it?...i would hate to have to fork out for another wii....

okay...i have the Homebrew installed on the wii...tried to install cIOS36_rev9-Installer.dol...nothing happens when i try to launch it...screen goes black....
then i read the readme that comes with cIOS36_rev9-Installer.dol...says that it only works with IOS36 64 v1042.wad....now i'm getting lost....

any help would be appreciated....

Does the drive need to be formatted to FAT or something else?

if you use sofmode be caryfull and make sure thad you dont make update in wii schannel
