I have installed all the autocom release 2013.1 software on my windows 7 laptop, I plugged interface in car and the other end in laptop windows searches for drivers and cones up with unknown device in device manager it gives a code 43. I then tries to update driver and directed windows to look in autocom folder for drivers it found device as VCI interface but problem I get is a code 10 the device failed to start.
Can anyone help me on this problem the device is new I received yesterday
