Default Technomate 6900 Super adding channel Help

Hi, I want to add Eins festival HD on 19.2 to my list.
When i go to the add channel menu I select the satelitte, enter a channel name but have problems entering the channel frequency etc.
    I need Astra 1H (19.2E) - 12421.50 H - Txp: 101 - Beam: Astra 1H
but the transponder list in the Tecnomate only allow either (57) 12.422ghz or 12.402ghz.
    Any ideas how i can select 12421.5 H ?
or indeed if you know better how to enter Eins festival Hd.

Thanks in advance for your help

If you look toward the bottom of the page you should have on the yellow button "add TP" - add transponder. Press that and you can add in a specific frequency. Once done, you should be able select the new tp and add the details. Just remember to save once added.

A general hint I've discovered is that not all the active tps are in the TM as is. Try a blind scan and that will pick up on all the tps, which can then be selected.

    Any problems, let me know.

    John

hi john, thanks for your quick reply, However I dont see the "add tp" button.
from the main menu Im "edit Channel"-"add Channels" thats just gives me a menu with "transponder" 2nd down.
Can only select from a list. Am I in the wrong menu?
    Cheers

you turn on and on the remote press menu
and go to advanced search and click>ok
on the next panel press the green button add tp
on the next panel you enter the transponder then
the symbol rate>polarisation etc then press red to scan
and save etc: after the scan the tp for the channel you
have added will appear at the ends of your chn list for
the satellite now all you need to do is move the chn to
where you want it on your list

Clear demonstration not to try to do things from memory while at work !!! At least I pointed you in the right direction.

sounds like your transponder list is full you will have to delete all the "dead" transponders
