i have 823XXXKM with your solution after i swaped and i have 3113KM
I tried to modify but i don't arrive to have 2000 KM
Is someone could help me please

you need to read it again mate .. you see all the double identical bytes? .. means it's wrong thenk it should be in 16bit .. not 8bi

You wre right premierD i need to read in 16 bits
I did calculation and it's ok
I post my dump if someone need for future
