2005 REG TWINPORT, 1.2, problem is its very intermitant on start. sometimes you go to it will start first time, other times key light will flash the engine with spanner and it will not start. fault codes transponder not recognised. in live data this confirms that. i changed ecu kit, ecu,bcm. and programmed new key, but still the same. anyone come across this before. thanks.

Immo Antenna around the ignition lock changed ?

any dashboard problems common problem for intermittant non start is connector behind the dash

immo attenna around ign is this programmed, how can i use second hand is it possible with opcom, thanks

you can virginise the tms370 in the immo and reprogram with op com or clear a second hand one for re programming the file is here on dk somewhere try a search or if you have pin for used one reset via op com

Had one recently that was similar to yours.
Check the battery voltage when cranking. Mine would sometimes drop too low although cranked at a fair speed.
New battery cured it after checking all connections and doing normal testing.
