Default Cold start problem 1.9 cdti edc16c39 Zafira

I have a problem with Zafira 1.9 cdti (same as FIAT) ECU BOSCH 0281014452 EDC16C39.Cold start is very difficult. No faults in engine ECU,
warm start OK and motor run OK.Starter OK, Battery OK, I notice that car starts without any problem if I disconnect the temperature sensor.
    Any help will be appriciated.

When cold...with sensor pluged, do you see the glow plug indicator on dash and glow realay working? i usually put a test lamp to one of the glow plugs. to check illumination.

Obviously preheat is not a problem, because car starts immediatly if I disconnect the temperature sensor and then it is no need to wait any time for preheating.

It is the same as AIR temperature, 20 - 30 degres when the engine is cold.

check with the multimeter between the two pins, with cold engine has to have about 2.8 volts at 20 degrees.
and 0.3 volts at 90 degrees.
edc16 the EDC15 and when the starter motor is in poor condition missing boot rpm.
rpm look good but not good
