Are you using USB Loader GX v3.0 as the title says USB Loader GX v2.3?

I don't bother with the OCARINA its OFF on mine, the cheats are just a gct file on the SD card if that file isn't there it will show an error when you try to tun the game but you can continue without it. Your best enabling the Error 002 fix in Loader Settings.
