C202 Key Generate

Hi guys. How are you doing today.
I have a strange problem making the key of a Benz C202 type. I made the keys with AK500 (6,7,8) and when I write the data on a small key with NEC proccesor the key works but when I write the data on a big key the key doesn't work. I have tried it with 3 other big ones working keys and again it doesn't work
Can you help me please generate key 3 and 4.
