Hopefully can keep our lead in prem and get rid of madrid, by the time city come around i am very wary of slipping up especially after last years title giveaway 4-2 up v everton

If we can stay 12 points clear by the end of march or maybe even increase it we will have to lose 4 out of our last 8 games which i cant see happening and thats if shitty win every game

This will leave us in a position where we can rotate squad and keep everyone fit for CL and fa cup games

Thats hoping we see madrid off

Cant see us winning CL tbh but if we can get to fa cup final win league and get in CL final i will be more than happy and who knows anything can happen in a one off game in CL

With me it's the League, I want to win it out off the 3, if we beat Madrid then that's a bonus. FAcup at home to CFC is a hard one to get past. Players keeping fit will help us and I hope Jones is back for the Madrid game, down to UTD to keep our form on going.

I agree with that m8 league is priority every season

Really due a good run in FA cup you never know m8 boro might beat chelsea they were lucky first game v brentford

You never know with fa cup

CL is a bonus tbh but if we can maintain or even increase gap at top before city it puts us in a good position where we can pick and choose what team we put out and keep certain players wrapped in cotton wool

Well 15 points clear Lets hope CFC beat Citeh tomorrow. Hope RVP is ok and got taken off as a precautionary measure. Rafael and his goal of the season! He's turning into a great player with little to learn now. Giggs goal makes him look like a 20 year old .

Below par performance for me, very wasteful again but to qpr's credit they made it hard and chased everything i was glad when second goal went in even tho they never looked like scoring but could have been a nerve wracking last few min if giggs never scored

why do we seem to have a reluctance to shoot?

wellbeck in particular always wants more touches can nobody hit a shot first time?

well rafael did and good on him great goal

if he cuts out his rashness he could go down as a club great but he does lose his head at times

chelsea win or draw will make me very happy now

    Default Wellbeck

What the F**K is Wellbeck doing in Uniteds team ????
He runs around like a headless chicken and when he is in a position to shoot he either scuffs the ball or misses it completely or hits it so far wide of the goal that he should be ashamed of himself.
He cant get to the crosses in time and usually cant jump high enough.
In my section of the crowd everyone is calling him `The Nearly Man`
If we all watched the game again and watched just what his contribution in the match is, we would all complain to Fergie about him and beg him to get rid of him.
Has any other manager in the whole of England even expressed a slight interest in buying him ?? I THINK NOT !!!

Il stick up for Wellbeck a little here

Yes he infuriates at times, extra touches instead of shooting, turns into trouble, miscontrols ball far too often and loses possesion far too often

    But

Have a little patience he will get better, he is capable of some great play, he is very quick and at times very skillfull, he chases lost causes he runs his heart out for the team and he is a local lad

Yes he sometimes looks like Bambi on ice but his decision making will get better, he will calm down in front of goal and i hope he has a bright future because i can see plenty of potential in him

He just needs to find the consistency and i think age will bring that out.

Ronaldo at times was a liability until about 3 seasons in, nani was the same (still is half the time), but i think wellbeck has a lot going for him if he can learn to eradicate the bad parts of his game.

He has a lot going for him IMO, hes still young the best of him will come out over the next few years

Thats the reason he's being played out wide more and more. Great player all round on the pitch, his goals will come.
