Watched a recording of today's game and it is up there with a few more piss poor games we played.
We where dire couldn't string a few descents passes together i've never seen us give the ball away or lose possession so easy.
After that performance it is just as well we are 15 points clear.
I wish my bookie had paid out on us winning the epl the git is hanging on.
Wont say anymore about the bookies i gave them enough at fairyhouse today![]()
It's not good to talk: Vidic to give City pair the silent treatment before derby clash
By Simon Stone, Press Association
PUBLISHED: 14:51 GMT, 3 April 2013 | UPDATED: 16:17 GMT, 3 April 2013
Nemanja Vidic will not talk to his close friends and fellow Serbs Aleksandar Kolarov and Matija Nastasic ahead of Mondays Manchester derby.
The Manchester United skipper gets on well with his compatriots but the fact they play for Manchester City means there is tension ahead of such a big game.
So for Vidic, the only way to deal with the situation is not to communicate with his countrymen at all.
'I never speak with an opponent before a game,' he said. 'I am good friends with Kolarov and Nastasic. But I dont like to talk.
'I like to go there and do it. On game day I think about the game, I dont waste energy before the game starts, otherwise you end up tired.'
Fifteen points clear with seven games left, United are in the happy position of knowing even a draw would effectively clinch a record 20th domestic title.
Yet, after Mondays FA Cup defeat at Chelsea, a stalemate would represent a hollow victory given the League trophy is the only one available following FA Cup and Champions League exits.
Sir Alex Ferguson will want to get his team selection right, with many United fans believing the decision to include Park Ji-sung at the Etihad Stadium last term handed the initiative to Manchester City.
It leaves Ferguson facing a big call at the back given Vidic, Rio Ferdinand and Jonny Evans all have claims on a starting berth.
Vidic is in a pretty strong position given recent statistics showed he has the highest win percentage of any United player who has made more than 60 appearances for the Old Trafford outfit.
That figure is creeping towards 72 per cent following Saturdays victory at Sunderland.
And Vidic said: 'Now we have the opportunity to see statistics with the analyst after every game.
'You can see how many tackles or headers you have won. You can look at certain things and see where you can improve. Even the passing rate, you can see the percentage you have got right.
'But it is not just the stats, it is the clips as well. I love to watch them. Not every player looks but you have the chance to - and I do.'
Wayne Rooney will continue to have treatment on the groin injury that ruled him out of the games at Sunderland and Chelsea over Easter.
The 27-year-old has scored three goals in his last seven United appearances and with Robin van Persie out of touch for his club, Rooney could be even more important over the next couple of weeks.
And having netted in both England World Cup qualifiers as well, it would be a major surprise if Rooney is overlooked by Ferguson after winning his fitness fight.

Hate to say it but the team and tactics were ****ing dreadful. We looked like we were playing for a draw, we equalise and we sit back again, and at that point the bitters winning was inevitable. There is no excuse for that performance, it was like watching the Chelsea match all over again. Leaving Giggs on and Kagawa and Cleverley on the bench was baffling, bringing on Valencia ahead of Nani when we needed a goal was odd too.

Press Conference today SAF
- On the injury front, Sir Alex reveals Ashley Young will miss "maybe two weeks" after limping off against Manchester City. He got "a sore whack on his ankle". Elsewhere, Nemanja Vidic will hopefully start training today, while Chris Smalling has "started running this week". Jonny Evans has trained this week, though, which should help ease any defensive worries.
- Paul Scholes should return to first-team training "on Monday". Sir Alex says he's "been out for a few weeks now and will need a bit of training with us".
- On the Stoke game: "It's always a difficult place to go... but we have a job to do. Stoke have a great support, probably one of the noisiest in the league."
- Sir Alex also reflects on Monday's derby defeat. He maintains "there was nothing between the two teams". City had the better of the first half, he says, while United edged the second.
- On the introduction of goal-line technology to the Premier League in 2013/14: "It had to happen. It's time football caught up."
Im hoping Vida will start training today," Sir Alex told reporters. Jonny Evans has trained this week, which is better news than we had building up to Mondays game.
"Ashley Young is out he got a sore whack on his ankle and is maybe out for two weeks. Other than that, we're in good shape in terms of player availability.
Chris Smalling started running this week and Paul Scholes will start training with the first-team on Monday. Hes done a fair bit in the last week or so and it will be a terrific boost to get his football intelligence back in the squad. He's been out for a few weeks now so hell need a good bit of training with us.
"You know youre always going to get a hard game at Stoke. That will never change."
"We have a job to do," stated Sir Alex. "The incentives are there for ourselves in the sense of we've only got seven games left.
"The challenge is there for Stoke as well. I don't think they will go down but, nonetheless, theyre in a precarious situation because, down the bottom of that league, you dont pick up a lot of points. I think they'll get enough to get out.
"I don't think we should look at our position in terms of being 12 points clear. What matters is winning on Sunday and we need to do that.
"As we always do, we should just try to do our best. We have a job to do on Sunday and we need to do it."
"It's always disappointing to lose a derby," he conceded at his press conference. "There was nothing between the two teams.
"Possession-wise, they were better in the first half. We were better in the second half."

Don't know what fergie means we were better in the second half,,we were as bad in the second half as we were in the first,, our last 2 games brings back bad memories.

FT. Win, no injuries, RVP scoring, 3pts closer, 7 more points needed, Van Persie hugging Fergie Excellent. Rooney in midfield was better playing today, good team selection.
