    Hello,
    need help, i have update for old euro v48. But ftdi update file is not working.

    If you didn't get update from your supplier you maybe brick your tool.

    i have get update but not work, and at moment no support,.....
    you can not brick any... i have tried many :-)

    New ftdi + aes November 2012 setup.exe = money ; paid for...
    I need some who really can make work.

    AES use HWID -protection their software? So can we other use that updates?

    The problem is very simple
    Aes is protected with "Ftdichip-id projects"

    If your ftdi inside tool have s/n wrong sw can't start.
    Possible solution for run sw in other unit:
    -Reverse the associated dll (complex but possible)
    -Get ftdi with chip id correct (impossible)
