Wink Vito windscreen washer pump control module location ?

    Car :Vito 1998
The customer forced the washer pump (the liquid in the washer tank was frozen ) until the pump died.
    Simptoms:
-when push the washer pump button there is no liquid spill ,just a small buzz in the pump AND wipers don t work 3 times as it should
-if disconect the washer pump and push the washer pump button , the wipers work 3 times and there is voltage to washer pump (checked with test lamp ,about half amp load )
-the wipers work normal if used separatly
    Checked :
-washer pump ( replaced with a new one ) but the simptoms are the same
    -ground to washer pump ok
-scoped the voltage to washer pump ,look good without pump (about 12 volts pulses ) ,look bad with the pump (about 2 volts pulses )
My guess is that the control module has a current sensor ( a resistor ? ) which could be fried and for that reason current protection act too early.
Question is where to look for that module (A11 ? ) ?
    Thanks

Eh 8 hours to do what?

remember french or german or emerican two. Rules apply

    dead simple or unbealable complex

opposite to what you expect, but makes perfect sense when explained

    example

french cars wipers were live all the time, (parking) opposite to what you expect but makes sense when explsined stops wipers freezing to window overnight burning motor out next morning, because it froze parked
