All the questions should start from what car, what year, what engine is what fuel. What are the symptoms of the problem. Only then is what you know, what fault code, live data, what you have done.

Hi , what about if I will swap just the one where I m missing 11v with 11.45V on another to make same on all of them do you think it will work? Or its throw me up code for two sensors? Will see this is a flooded car and there was lot of wires just spliced on not realy safe places so I fixed them but not sure if I m not missing some. But Im sure about the two wires from sensor to module. Thanks
