hi can any body help my s11 keeps freezing when im watching sly I have re-booted box and the router and it still happens is this a common fault with these if so can anybody tell me what the best box is to buy without spending to much thanks

F3 is probably the most stable of the economy boxes. Make sure its an original.

Could also be down to your gift, rather than any fault with the box.

What is reception like on other $ channels?
