Hot fix PPD VW Passat

Hi everybody, I have a Siemens PPD Passat TDI 103kw with hot start problems.
Car starts perfectly when cold.
Car starts very very bad when hot (90deg); more or less 10-15seconds for starting.
Car starts perfectly when hot (90deg) if I simply disconnect water temperature sensor.

ecu:03G906 018CD PPD1.5 siemens
car:Passat 2.0tdi 103kW

I readed file at OBDII.

I need modification map torque start.Please file with chk.

No torque mate..that is IQ x air temp map, 2 of them

try replacing your temp sensor..

I have made some mod for you. I have raised the IQ regarding the high temp. in those two maps, CKS its OK.

But like omini tould, you should check the temp sensor with VAG-COM. You should also check the camshat-s timing, I have see some Passat-s to have similar problem becouse of bad timing.
