I have now try the bin in my radio and it works. Maybe your eeprom is damaged or not programmed right it is a 93C56

If the VIN you gave me is right then the bin file is 100% working. I have try the bin and your VIN in my radio and i works. I think you eeprom is damaged or it is not programed right. Try to program it again and verify it after
