Booted the box with usb dongle and in network menu all seems well till it ask me for router password.
My password from o2 wep router is 10 characters long and the box will only accept 5 or 13 characters.
Now how do I solve this please.

Don't bother with the wifi dongle on the F5 you will have nothing but problems

use a ethernet cable or homeplugs

Does the F5 allow you to choose between WEP or WPA-PSK type encryption?

WEP requires either 5 or 13 characters. WPA-PSK requires a password between 8 and 64 characters.
