Someone fancy please helping me with cleaning it?

Could someone also please recommend me a programmer which will automatically clear the module for me without having to find clean dump files and re programming them back into the module. would prefer a china clone, wouldn't want to pay a substantial amount on a piece of tech which will confuse and due to me being new to the electronic repairs.

Hi, Sorry about that. the original file is (.Bin) and im having difficulties uploading it, i did try to convert it to (.zip) which has clearly gone wrong somewhere. could you please tell me how i get this (.Bin) file converted into another format which will then allow me to upload here?
