Zafira B Engine change question

Hi, have replaced a zafira B engine witha vectra C

engines look identical apart from an air reservoir.

both engines are z19dth but i assume ecu will have different sw versions.

car drives fine until you stop at junction and then goes into limp mode, no dtc, no warning lights, seems like a vacuum fault as in turbo actuator stops working

any ideas plz

these do that if the egr valve does not respond fast enough causes maf to log egr code and go into limp
test the vacuum pump mate and also solenoids for turbo and egr also servo pipes and servo for leaks

well if it's a lump of metal some grease monkey has unbolted, then bolted another one it that would imply fault elsewhere

not sure whaat you mean but often find it's for noise and giving the manifold air for a second whilst inlet refills at lights

how do you get it out of limp?

sounds more like some plank got a pipe on vac solenoid wrong
