2002 rx300 add master key type 1 ecu flashing issues

i have 2002 lexus rx300
customer had only the valet key and wanted remote as well
i try to flash ic900 type 1 ecu with penloader was unable to get it right
took the immo to dk friend in town to help me out
he made Ecu virgin with some file he had try to program key
immolight flashing
insert key
immolight solid but after 20-30 second light start blinking
i think we used the wrong file for this ECU
my part # is 89661-48310
Now car is not starting
need correct virgin file tks to all

Once you make it virgin you MUST have 2 keys at least, so its possible light was solid waiting for second key.

If the security light is still illuminated, after the 2nd key, pump the brake pedal 5 times and remove the key from the ignition and wait about 80 seconds to close the programming cycle

my friend flash it with some toyota file 16 bit
when i try to program key the security blink
i insert new master key light go solid after 20 30 second light go off then start blinking again
i have the new remote key and old valet key

if u need one key then u put key in to ignation then press 5 time gas padel 6 time brake padel if u need 2 key do same if u need 3 key put frist key in to ignation waite 3 second then put second key waite 3 second put 3 key start car

No I don't thinks so, that is a pedal dance to add keys. Virgin dump system is set up to program 3 keys from factory, 2 master & 1 valet. Keys don't need to be cut, just use 3 keys with 4C logic the last key will register as a valet and will close the system.

a Dk member read and write chip for me was not able to program key i ll try today with 3 keys
and going to try some other virgin dump
we put key straight to dump went to the car
the remote key don t start and the other key valet start car cannot add other key since it s a valet key
will try again tomorrow

The head on the penloader removes by pulling on it, use the one with cable and try your pomona clip 5250. Clean off the chip and make sure you see the flashing lights and the charge noise. That's the sign that your file was writen and compare correctly.

i will try in Am day 3 for lexus i feel so useless

problem solve reflash after 3 Raflash thanks to Best Electrical give me some of his time
we reflash it and i add key manually the the remote key was a 4d error from supplier
