Dream Box 500-C Lost Chanels

Does amnyone know if there is a general problem with the dreambox 500-C. I live in the Bristol area, and can now only get freeview channels through my box. I have downloaded the latest software( both directly from the internet and manually ftp). But after doing another scan can still only receive freeview, even though for example Sky Sports 1 is found, but I cannot view.
